We work one on one with our clients, supporting them with coaching, job preparation and placement in the public sector. Before they arrive at Expandability, many have been unemployed because of intellectual/developmental challenges, lack of knowledge of the hiring process and sometimes even fear. Our coaches support them by getting to know them very well – developing in-depth personal profiles that highlight their strengths, talents and interests. We help them to write compelling cover letters, create strong resumes and even conduct mock interviews prior to their seeking employment or paid internships. Next, our business developer contacts local employers per the clients’ abilities and interests. And even after they have been hired, our coaches help with on-board training and check in with them regularly. So, from start to finish, we support our clients in achieving their goals!
