Delba has been helping individuals with disabilities for four years. She enjoys being able to help advance people in their careers and other aspects of their life. She has a Master’s degree in Physics. Delba also has experience working as a recruiter and teacher. As a recruiter, she can understand the needs of the hiring managers and provide qualified candidates. She has conducted mock interviews and worked to connect employers with the appropriate candidates. Her experience as a recruiter has also allowed Delba to attend many career fairs and community workshops. She is also CPR certified. Delba has worked as a volunteer for Unite for Sight and the Senior Nutrition Program. Delba enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family in her spare time. She looks forward to being able to grow and learn in this position.
